This special event celebrates Evan’s first semester of college-level music study and features a selection of violin works that highlight his growth, dedication, and artistry. Accompanying Evan on piano is his best friend and musical colleague, Slone Smith, promising a moving and memorable performance.
“I’m very excited to share the progress I’ve made throughout the semester,” says Evan. “It means so much to perform for such a wonderfully supportive community, and I’ve chosen a repertoire I think everyone will enjoy.”
Admission is free and open to the public. Donations are welcome and greatly appreciated.
For those unable to attend in person, the recital will be livestreamed on the Presbyterian Church of Clearfield’s Facebook page and YouTube channel, making it easy for friends, family, and music lovers near and far to join the celebration.

Poisoned apples. Glass slippers. Who needs ‘em?!
Not Snow White and her posse of disenchanted princesses in the hilarious hit musical that’s anything but Grimm. The original storybook heroines are none-to-happy with the way they’ve been portrayed in today’s pop culture, so they’ve tossed their tiaras and have come to life to set the record straight. Forget the princesses you think you know – these royal renegades are here to comically belt out the truth.
