Clearfield Arts Studio Theatre is excited to host The Indie Artists’ FREE Music Production Clinic on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 PM (doors open at 5:00 PM).

Led by Clearfield County artist and educator Megan McGarry and her creative team from Allegheny Artworks, this open-format clinic is designed for musicians, producers, educators, and creatives of all experience levels.

What to Expect

Guided discussion and live demonstrations
Collaborative, hands-on learning opportunities
Insight into both the artistic and technical sides of music production
A welcoming environment where you can observe, participate, or jump right in

Mid Winter Jam 2026

Come join us at Over The Mountain in Rockton for the 2nd Annual Mid-Winter Jam, January 24th, 2026. The first one was such a good time and so successful that we decided to make it a yearly event!

Featuring performances by John Cornman, Cabin Full of Bears, Toby Crik, Signal The Sentinel, Fuzzii, and Adam Sierzega, the Mid-Winter Jam is an eclectic mix of what Barage Fest has to offer.

Doors @ 6pm and music @ 7pm. $5 cover charge. We will have Barage Fest 2026 weekend passes at a deep discount and giveaways throughout the night. So come out and experience some of the best entertainment the area has to offer, along with fantastic food, service, and hospitality!

Half of all of the event proceeds will be going to our dear friend Lauren Candice as she continues her journey of healing. Coming together as a community helps keeps us strong and, by doing so, we have more power to help those that are in need!

WinterFest 2026

Bundle up and join the Clearfield YMCA for our annual WinterFest 2026—a full day of frosty fun, friendly competition, and winter traditions for the entire community! This action-packed winter celebration brings together runners, families, outdoor enthusiasts, and thrill-seekers for a day you won’t want to miss.

The day kicks off with the popular Freeze Your Gizzard 5K, challenging runners to brave the cold while enjoying scenic winter views. Throughout the day, families can take part in a Snowman Building Contest, showing off creativity and teamwork in the snow.

At noon, things heat up with the Arctic Toss Cornhole Tournament, followed by kid-friendly fun in the Kids Snow Box Derby, where young racers build and race their own snow creations. For those looking for something a little different, don’t miss the crowd-favorite Frozen Salami Sling, a lighthearted event guaranteed to deliver laughs and bragging rights.

WinterFest 2026 wraps up with the ultimate cold-weather challenge—the Polar Bear Plunge, where brave participants take an icy dip to support the Clearfield YMCA and its mission to strengthen our community.

Adding to the experience, Parker Dam State Park will be on site with educational programming, and Friends of Parker Dam will offer ice skate rentals along with an ice skate swap, making it easy for everyone to get out and enjoy the ice.

Whether you’re racing, plunging, building, tossing, or cheering from the sidelines, Clearfield YMCA WinterFest is the perfect way to celebrate winter, community, and fun—all in one unforgettable day.
